Every home owner must fill out an application to see if they qualify. If their application is approved, and their home is rented out, the referring agent will receive a bonus!
You can refer as many homes as you want, there is no limit.
We are looking for lake homes and vacation homes but all home owners are welcome to apply and we will do an estimate on their house to see if they are approved.
Referral amount is subject to change. Dates are provided on ZipYourFlyer. The date we use for referral bonuses is the date of the first rental booking for an approved property. What ever promotion is running at that time will be the bonus you receive.
